Project Management

The newest position within the Association is the Project Coordinator.

This position leads projects across all portfolios where the number of participants and complexity of the project requires a full project management process. This includes RFPs, RFIs and new initiatives.

This support service helps our members successfully implement multi-participant projects with extended timelines or extensive regulatory requirements.

Individual project management support is available to our members for projects within their organizations.
